We strive to provide you with the best service and want little favor from your side with reference to the material provided by you. To remain prestigious in the market, we try to avoid any irrelevant or unauthentic detail or material. If you are found to provide any poor material, it can lead the contract to termination.

- Any Sexually oriented detail or material
- Nudity related to text and images
- Any Offensive information
- Harmful content with respect to minors
- Widespread the computer virus in any way
- Phishing in any of the form
- Sale of alcohol, tobacco, etc
- Weapons

Monetary Charges
In order to carry out the monthly advertising and marketing program, you should pay on the monthly basis and should not exceed the limit mentioned in the contract. If you did not pay the fee and exceeded the time period of 45 days, all marketing campaigns running on behalf of you will get paused accordingly. Also, after 90 days of inactivity, the account will be handed over to the client. We have the right to increase the charges as per the immediate increment in the market.
Tie Up Terms And Condition
The contract will be generated for not less than 12 months. All the contacts are auto-renewal after the end of the year. If somehow you want to cancel the contract, you will be required to inform us via 30 days prior notice. All these terms and conditions should be read by you on a priority basis.
Grant The Rights
Following our terms and conditions, you agree to use the information and material provided by you for ads and marketing purposes in any of the forms. Also, the information given by you should not violate any law at the local and state levels. Eventually, you should grant us to use the provided material in any form.
Compensation
The material provided by you should be your own and should not violate any copyright, trade secret, trademark, service mark, patent, invention, etc. Later while running the advertisement campaign, if any violation or strike is made by any of the third-party firms, that will be covered by you only. So, care should be taken while delivering material or details for the campaign or marketing purposes.
No Assurance
While submitting the information to the search providers or publisher on behalf of you, we do not guarantee you the number of calls, clicks, impressions, or website visits on a particular search query as the numbers will be quite random. We assure you that no mistake will be done by us while submitting any campaign and if unluckily that happens that will be corrected immediately without having you wait.
Should Be Top Official
An individual signing the contract to buy our services should hold the authority on behalf of your company. If the person is not authoritative, you must make an arrangement of such a person for the same. Any person who does not hold the authority to make decisions will not be permitted.
Right To Modify
We have the liberty to add, delete or modify the terms and conditions at any time and also without any prior consent. So stay tuned with terms and conditions periodically. Also, we will be informing you whenever any amendment is made in the terms and conditions from time to time.
Termination
The data provided will be checked by our in house expert team, so, if the malicious data is provided repeatedly, it will be called an infringement of the agreement
So, If any suspicious activity is found from your side or any misleading data is provided by you repeatedly even after a number of warnings, in this case, we at Battersea Web Expert can suspend or terminate the contract.
Data Responsibility
You own the responsibility for the data provided by you. After receiving the information or data, we have the right to modify and publish it on the publishers and search providers on behalf of you. After publishing it, if any issue arises due to details provided by you, the whole responsibility will be yours. Also, If the data violates any sort of law that will also be held under your responsibility. As we as a firm are the promoters of the data received by us. The actual data will belong to you only.
End-User Termination
If at any point you think of discontinuing our services, you may inform us in advance, and the minimum time period for informing us should not be less than 30 days. Also, all your ads and campaigns will be terminated once you submit the request. The person who will be submitting the request must hold the authority from your side.
